Developed by Stanford University, M Power’s no-cost workshops are designed to assist participants in developing a self-management program to help them stay active and enjoy doing the things they love. The workshops benefit caregivers or patients with:
Workshops are led by health educators from your local health department, and may be held at the health department, a community facility or other location, based on your group’s needs.
M Power is a regional initiative committed to improving the health of those affected by chronic disease, partnering with local health departments to offer patients the tools they need to better manage symptoms.
